Hands-on Advocacy specializes in Law and Administration. Our Personal Advocacy is a tailored service based on your individual needs and timeframe.

We keep our fees affordable, distinguishing between legal and administrative services. We offer package deals and hourly rates to suit your needs and wallet. The type of service determines the hourly rate or fee structure.

No additional or hidden costs, administration costs, annual fees or travel costs within city limits. We keep our price structure simple and transparent. All prices below are excluding GST unless stated otherwise.

Our property management service has its own fee structure of 10% of the weekly rent per month including GST. Any cost regarding the property (e.g. maintenance, repair or services) and any cost concerning the tenancy (e.g. legal proceedings or debt collection) are charged to the owner. There is neither an administrative set up cost, nor office and travel costs within city limits.

We reserve the right to change the fees and charges without prior notice.

We charge for the time it takes us to perform our work for you. A set amount of time is not specified for any type of service as each person’s individual needs are unique and each situation is more or less time consuming or complex.

We can also offer you an administrative package deal consisting of a more or less specified standard set of administrative handling services.

Any costs incurred for carrying out work on your behalf will be passed on to you. These third party costs will be GST inclusive and itemized on your invoice statement.
