Jiffies Global Trading Limited was established in 2007 and our trading business Hands-on Advocacy in 2010, which is locally owned and operated.

Hands-on Advocacy came about after noticing a demand for affordable advocacy services and a lack of available administrative services for the general public: assisting and supporting people with their legal issues and their daily administrative or property management.

Our Mission Statement is to provide a hands-on service to people dealing with their legal and administrative matters, which gains them peace of mind in the knowledge they are supported and sorted by our professional advocate.

Our Vision is to be the best personal advocacy in town with a hands-on service in legal and administrative matters for the community.

Our Personal Advocate is Monique Ansems, a qualified and experienced professional. Monique is a reliable and trustworthy person, who will go the extra mile for you.
She has a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Rotterdam in the Netherlands and she is a qualified Legal Executive in New Zealand. She also has a NZIM certificate in Business Management.

Work experience includes social welfare, real estate, property management, administration and legal services.
Helping people is her passion in life, which is why she has also worked for Age Concern, Citizens Advice Bureau, Whangarei Migrant Centre and a Community Law Centre. She was the founder of her Neighbourhood Support Group and participates in local community events.

Monique Ansems can be your legal advisor, support person, agent, administrative and financial manager, or all of the above.
You can call upon her to assist you for a short period of time (e.g. if you are going overseas or if you need to set up your administration) or over the long term.
You remain independent and in control, and have your own Personal Advocate providing advice and support whenever you need.
